After being in business since 2000, you might think our edge would get a bit dull. That is never the case with our team and we have some awards and certifications to prove it. Here is some of the recognition we have received over the years.
iMARK Molding, Inc. is located in the Village of Woodville and was launched in 2000 by Mark Surtevant. His wife Linda is active in the business. The company supports medical device injection molding original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), including Fortune 500 companies, within numerous specialty categories as well as product development and manufacturing for drug delivery, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and bio-tech/bio-science. The company is in the process of completing an $18 million expansion that commenced in November 2017. The crown jewel of the expansion is a 22,500 square foot pharma-grade cleanroom that will meet the needs of Wisconsin’s bio-health industry as well as the needs of life science companies nationwide. In early 2018, iMARK was honored by Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) as the recipient of a Special Award for Enterprise Precision. iMARK also partnered with two other injection manufacturers in 2014 and formed the St. Croix County Manufacturing Consortium which received two Wisconsin Fast Forward workforce training grants from the state’s Department of Workforce Development. St. Croix EDC previously honored iMARK Molding as the 2003 Emerging Business of the Year.
iMARK Molding took home a Special Award for Enterprise-wide Precision at the event for sticking to a company motto that they "do the hard right, not the easy wrong."
This company creates the vessels and vials, parts and pieces their clients need to serve their customers in the biohealth industry-including medical devices, molecular diagnostics and other markets which require transparency, consistency, purity and thoughtful mitigation of risk. The custom components they make are used every day, from lifesaving surgical procedures and cancer diagnostics to DNA test kits.
iMARK Molding is able to outperform their competition through an unrelenting focus on the power of data and technology to drive precision and consistency. Their current state-of-the-art ISO Class 7 Cleanroom makes them one of a select few injection molders in the country who can meet the industry standards required to serve their customers. They don't simply promise perfection- they measure it, every time, and keep every data point collected to ensure instant traceability of every cycle, in every run, for every production lot. When human health is the point of impact, they believe that only the very best should ever be good enough.
Awarded to improve training and develop workforce for the plastics industry.
Wisconsin Fast Forward is a $15 million in grant program for employer-led, customized worker training projects. The intent is to provide essential assistance that cannot be met through an existing program. Grants will be awarded to maximize the impact of funds in catalyzing local collaboration and also encouraging the development of sustained pipelines that directly align with employer needs. The jobs of the 21st-century economy depend on these training programs.

- Second Grant
- Doing leadership training for supervisors.
- Develop boot camp for unskilled labor coming into the plastics industry
- Joint grant was award to group of competitors, similar to the first grant.
IQMS awarded iMARK with the IQMS Manufacturing Success Award to recognize iMARK’s use of the software to enhance all business services.
The IQMS Manufacturing Success Awards recognize operational excellence and leadership in user companies and their employees. The awards highlight progressive manufacturers with recognition in the industry and amongst their peers. Winners were honored at the 2012 and 2014 user conferences.
iMARK has used IQMS software since we were founded. As a company, it is our passion to use IQMS to its fullest extent. We have had many BSI auditors, customer audits and consultants through our doors. Many comments have been made by these visitors that we use IQMS as much as or more so than most of the other companies they visit. While IQMS provides the back bone to build on, it is with Amy’s guidance and our employee’s passion to do their job well on a daily basis that allows us to grow.
The RJG Training Excellence Award was created as a way to recognize customers for their commitment to the RJG Master Molder™ Certification program.
The Master Molder program was developed over ten years ago under the guidance of RJG Consultant, Norm Ward, who saw a great need in the industry for training programs and tools that would bridge the gap between classroom instruction and implementing what was learned on the production floor.
Over the years, the Master Molder certification program has evolved into the industry standard for injection molding processing training. Gaining a master molder certification from RJG has been a consistent goal for our technicians and is expected for them to properly operate our equipment.
As the recognized leader in the implementation of Systematic Molding strategies, RJG provides technology and training that has helped transform iMARK into a top tier injection molder. Monitoring cavity pressure and actual press outputs has had a meaningful impact on our business, profitability and the knowledge and confidence in our technical people.

Allows students to look at cavity fill progression.
iMARK also helped the university acquire a donated molding machine, which was a critical piece to the develop the subsequent funding to acquire a new facility for the Plastic Engineering Department.
